    What You’ll Do:

    • Turn your prospects into clients: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to crush sales targets and drive revenue.
    • Leverage your local know-how: Build and nurture strong relationships with restaurant owners, operators, and decision-makers.
    • Be hands-on: Lead product demos and show restaurant operators how Lavu’s POS solutions can transform their business.
    • Make it happen: Close deals by showcasing value and negotiating win-win agreements.
    • Stay sharp: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitors to discover new opportunities.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven closer with a history of B2B SMB sales success, (the restaurant or POS space is a plus).
    • Grit, persistence, proven success, and a fearless approach to manual outreach, whether it's cold calls, emails, or in-person visits.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills , with the ability to explain complex solutions simply.
    • Experience selling to SMB businesses , with a strong ability to build lasting relationships.
    • CRM experience (HubSpot is a plus) to keep your pipeline organized and deals moving.
