Arctic Foods, LLC is a USDA Processing facility offering wholesale and retail meat products and services. We are looking for someone to join our office team managing wholesale accounts, tracking inventory, and customer service. Hands on training is provided. Experience with customer service, inventory software, Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office are required.
The Job Description includes, but is not limited to the following:
Inventory Management [Food Connex Software] -
Run Reports and troubleshoot inaccuracies
Place purchase orders to vendors and schedule transportation
Track & Enter received shipments via Food Connex & Quickbooks
Assign item codes, descriptions, specifications, and categories to new products
Track inventory movement and forecast needs
Account Manager:
Assist with new customer inquiries
Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts
Coordinate with internal departments and ensure timely delivery of services & products
Update and maintain account information based on current market
Manage Processing Department's Schedule
Customer Service:
Process customer purchase orders, refunds, and invoices
Receive forms regarding payment, address, contact, etc.
Coordinate with Arctic Food's retail store "The Meat Shoppe" in regards to price changes, customer complaints, and special orders.
Exhibit effective listening skills and patience.
Walk customers through our business process and provide resources
