    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and taking incoming calls from perspective new clients. You will be primarily responsible for managing print, signs, design and marketing projects from estimating through completion. This position requires communicating with customers, other staff members, suppliers, and vendors on a day-to-day basis independently.

    Responsibilities:

    Assisting clients with print, sign, mailing and marketing options by prepare accurate estimates for projects based on client specifications

    Processing email, phone, web orders and approved estimates moving them along in the production process.

    Meeting with any walk-in clients on an as needed basis

    Responding to clients and staff members via phone and email

    Answering and routing phone calls

    Assisting clients with print, sign, mailing and marketing options

    Identify and pursue cross-sell/up-sell opportunities

    Manage and cultivate relationships with a portfolio of clients serving as primary point of contact

    Expectations/Qualifications:

    Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

    The ability to work quickly, efficiently and accurately

    The desire and ability to sell a full range of products and solutions

    A desire to meet the customers needs to the best of your ability

    Able to work independently and as part of a team

    Problem solving and solutions oriented

    Pleasant and professional demeanor

    Relationship and Consultative Sales experience

    Ability to maintain and establish effective contact relationships

    Familiarity with standard computer software programs

    Ability to learn new software as necessary

    Print and/or Design experience a plus

    Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
