    About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery and maintaining strong client relationships. This role will play a critical part in driving company growth by overseeing day-to-day communications, managing projects, and maximizing client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the main liaison between clients and our internal team, ensuring clear communication and seamless project management.
    • Build and nurture client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.
    • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions, including upselling services to increase revenue.
    • Oversee the quality and execution of client projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
    • Monitor and report key performance metrics such as client retention, new sales, and customer satisfaction rates.
    • Manage client onboarding, hand-offs, and project follow-ups to ensure smooth transitions and sustained trust.
    • Contribute to business strategy by identifying opportunities to attract new clients and strengthen the company’s market presence.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and project statuses in CRM software.
    • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that align with organizational goals.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Proven experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • A background in the recruitment or professional services industry is highly preferred.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
    • Proficient in using CRM and project management tools.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Base Salary: $90k - $100k+
