Responsibilities include managing client communications, nurturing key relationships, and keeping track of all necessary documentation, paying close attention to any policy changes, important deadlines, and legal regulations. You will help customers understand their coverage, assist them with any claims as needed, and ensure all relevant data is properly tracked in our secure systems. Start your application today! In this position, you will directly support clients by coordinating all tasks and activities related to their accounts. You will be in charge of ensuring that clients' requests are documented and completed in a timely manner, and you will be responsible for ensuring that clients' needs are met. The ideal candidate for this position has experience interacting with different types of clients and uses their skills to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. The ability to track several items at once and attention to detail are a must. Responsibilities: • Quoting and writing insurance policies for customers. • Process endorsements, claim handling and data entry. • Provide high-quality customer service to all callers on a consistent basis. • Resolve customer issues and concerns. Responsibilities: An insurance account manager provides administrative support to an insurance agency. They perform secretarial duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, distributing mail, and directing customer inquiries to the appropriate department. Account Managers also help keep the agency organized by regularly updating the client database, keeping track of office expenses, ordering office supplies, and scheduling maintenance, when needed. This position typically works full-time at an insurance agency or firm. Complete administrative tasks, such as • Filing paperwork and distributing office mail • Help our office run smoothly • Update our database regularly to make sure we have current customer information readily available • Keep track of office expenses and perform basic bookkeeping duties to ensure we stay within the budget • Purchase office supplies as needed and schedule maintenance for office equipment repairs, if needed • Adapt to the team needs and assist with other projects as needed Qualifications: Must have: • Superb communication skills • Experience in office setting • Technical and soft skills like verbal Compensation: $15 - $16 yearly
