Our client is a reputable Commercial Landscape company that grew at over 40% in 2024. Their team is expanding and therefore they have a need for a new Account Manager to manage a portfolio of Commercial clients.
This company has been gaining marketshare in Charlotte, they retain their employees, have a very positive work atmosphere, utilize H2B Visas and operate on Aspire software.
Job Duties:
• Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers.
• Produce and maintain a schedule to perform “site walkthroughs” during formal
meetings with customers to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
• Lead and facilitate or assist in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
• Proactively present site enhancement ideas to existing customers.
• Ability to coordinate designs for flowers and beds
• Ensure the renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services.
• Ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients as needed.
• Communicate regularly with the Production Managers to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Manage service delivery to specified scope of work.
• Maintaining acceptable gross margins for both base contract work and ancillary services.
• Coordinate consistent and timely site visits.
The company provides a Base Salary with Quarterly Commissions based on Enhancement Sales, New Maintenance Contract Sales and Client Retention.
