Dreamscapes in Acworth, Georgia is growing and we are looking to hire a full time Account Manager to our team. If you are motivated, hardworking, and customer-oriented we want you on our team! The preferred candidate should have a minimum of three years of lawn chemical application experience with proper plant care knowledge, including but not limited to, identification of trees, shrubs and turfgrasses and the diseases, insect pests, and weeds that affect them. The candidate must have 5 years landscape experience with an understanding of proper landscape maintenance techniques.
Account Managers play an important role in the success of our company and the success of our properties. This position holds the basic responsibility for management of the maintenance division. This is to include materials, purchase/cost controls, personnel needs, assistance with development of maintenance estimates, sales, developing and adhering to the annual budget cost/profitability goals for the maintenance division.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Planning & Scheduling Field Operations to exceed client expectations.
Proactively Communicating with Clients.
Full-scope Management of crews for maintenance residential services
Oversee equipment maintenance and needs
Fostering a work environment where Safety is recognized as “The Tool for Life"
Employee development and training of service personnel to provide exceptional service
Requirements:
A landscape professional with a positive and engaging interpersonal style.
Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture, Turf grass or a related major strongly preferred. An Associate’s Degree will be considered, along with relevant experience.
Three to five years of prior related experience with a professional landscape management firm.
Ability to operate large riding mowers as well as loading/unloading equipment off of trailers and hauling trailers.
Knowledge of power and hand tools used in maintenance.
Operate power equipment including but not limited to riding mowers, string trimmers, various hand tools, pressure washers, hedge trimmers, blowers, etc.
Passion for client service.
Selling to current clients.
Problem solving with creative flair.
Superb communication skills; knowledge of Spanish a plus.
