GELM is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee client properties after service crews complete their work. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for property managers, ensuring top-tier service, quality assurance, and clear communication regarding ongoing and updated services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular property visits following crew services to ensure quality, cleanliness, and proper completion.
• Identify and document any issues or service needs for follow-up.
• Meet with property managers on-site to build strong relationships, review services, and gather feedback.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding updates, scheduling, and service recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Track and report on service completion, customer satisfaction, and potential upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all assigned properties.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in account management, property management, landscaping, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
