    The Role

    As an Account Manager at Hutch and Waldo, you will be responsible for the delivery of timely, accurate and robust reporting to support business decision making. The role will be to partner with key stakeholders to support growth and play a key role in the transformation of the finance function of the company.

    This role focuses on the need for continual improvement and efficiencies, supporting the transformation of reporting by establishing a reporting strategy and roadmap with considerations for systems and processes. You will be a leadership role to to our stores and work along side Headquarter leaders, playing an active role in projects and initiatives.

    You will be responsible for managing all costing and financial reporting through Restaurant 365, providing reports as needed to leadership.

    Some core responsibilities include:

    Supporting the month-end reporting rhythm

    End-to-end processes for Weekly, Monthky, Quarterly and annual budget setting including planning, guidance, timetable, templates, reporting and ongoing reforecast

    Providing leading reporting frameworks to enhance venue and portfolio insights enabling the communication of lead indicators

    Reengineering of reporting processes and systems supporting business growth

    Support the embedment of visualisation tools such as Tableau and custom reporting tools built into Restaurant365

    Engage and collaborate with the business as a trusted advisor to support strategic and operational priorities through financial analysis, insights and recommendations

    Manage Vendors, APs and ARs supporting all venues and HQ

    To be successful in this position, you will also have:

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field

    CPA qualified

    2+ years post degree experience.

    Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

    Excellent communication, financial storytelling, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, influence at various levels.

    Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, reporting platforms and Restaurant 365 experience preferred.
