The Role: As an Accounting Manager, you'll spearhead our financial reporting and management through Restaurant 365, playing a crucial role in decision-making processes and the overall growth of our operations. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the month-end, quarterly, and annual reporting, ensuring clarity and actionable insights. - Develop and manage budgeting processes, from planning to reforecasting. - Innovate our reporting frameworks to better understand our business landscape. - Lead in the adoption and optimization of financial tools and systems, including Restaurant 365 and Tableau. - Serve as a trusted financial advisor, contributing to strategic and operational planning. - Manage vendor relationships, accounts payable, and receivable across our operations. - Drive profitability across all venues and ensure accounting stability through the company.

What You'll Bring: - A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. - In depth knowledge leading teams and strategy. This can be in sport or work. - Exceptional financial modeling and analysis skills. - Strong communication abilities, capable of financial storytelling and stakeholder engagement. - Proficiency in financial software, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally, Restaurant 365.
