At CybertronIT, we’re looking for an engaging, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can build strong client relationships, drive new sales opportunities, and ensure seamless service delivery by coordinating with our internal teams.
What You’ll Do:
Client Relationship Management:
Be the go-to person for your clients—build trust, listen to their needs, and offer solutions that align with their goals.
Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries quickly and effectively.
Work closely with internal teams—follow up with techs and operations to ensure client requests are fulfilled on time.
Maintain a friendly, professional, and engaging presence in all communications.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
Cross-sell and upsell managed IT services and solutions to help clients get the most out of their IT investments.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on our offerings.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Account & Service Management:
Monitor account performance and follow up on outstanding client needs.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service execution.
Prepare and present regular client reports to highlight progress and opportunities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience in account management and sales, preferably in the IT or MSP industry.
Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
