Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to manage a specific group of assigned customers. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for all assigned accounts, ensuring consistent, high-level service and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular daily contact with all assigned customers to ensure satisfaction and address their needs.
Sales & Opportunity Development: Proactively sell the full range of services in our catalog, including Warehouse, Asset Power, Brokerage, and Local Pickup & Delivery (P&D). Identify and develop new opportunities for growth within your customer base.
Pricing, Building, and Tracking: Accurately price, build, and track all assigned business opportunities. Ensure that each opportunity meets or exceeds the desired or anticipated results and expectations.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to your customers at all times, responding promptly to inquiries and requests, and ensuring that their needs are met effectively.
Revenue & Margin Growth: Consistently work towards meeting targeted revenue and margin growth goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Availability: Be available to your customers beyond standard business hours when necessary, demonstrating responsiveness and commitment to their success.
Expectations:
Deliver high-level service and responsiveness that exceeds customer expectations.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through consistent engagement and communication.
Work towards achieving revenue and margin growth targets, ensuring your accounts' success and satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer relationship management and sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Detail-oriented with the ability to track business opportunities and outcomes.
Self-motivated and goal-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.
