    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and grow accounts across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and South Dakota
    • Focus mostly on existing clients while staying sharp on finding new ones
    • Handle everything from quotes to follow-ups and order tracking
    • Serve as a trusted partner to engineers and procurement teams
    • Regularly visit customer sites—mostly metro, with some rural travel
    • Use CRM, ERP, and LinkedIn to keep things organized and moving
    • Work closely with internal engineering and production teams to deliver what the client needs
    • Plan travel routes for maximum face time and business development impact

    Requirements:

    • Strong mechanical aptitude. A degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering will be a plus.
    • 3–10+ years of experience in B2B industrial or technical sales (preferably machine parts, and/or automated machines).
    • Background in selling to manufacturing companies or automated machine builders
    • Experience creating quotes and using ERP/CRM systems
    • A well-organized mindset and proactive approach to account planning
    • Willingness to travel frequently throughout your territory
    • A curious mindset and a knack for solving problems on the fly
