We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Landscaping Account Manager to focus on outbound sales and new client acquisition. In this role, you’ll proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales and onboarding process. You’ll be selling landscape maintenance, design/build, and enhancement services across commercial and/or high-end residential markets. Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits to generate leads and secure new business • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal to closing and handoff to operations • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, HOA boards, and other decision-makers • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals customized to client needs • Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, operations, design) to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction • Track activities and pipeline using CRM software and regularly report progress to leadership • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and local market opportunities Qualifications: • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in landscaping, construction, property services, or related industries • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals through outbound efforts • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and drive • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Knowledge of landscape services (maintenance, enhancements, design/build) is a big plus Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 at plan earnings
