    Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving growth within our small and mid-sized client base. As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for clients, working closely to understand their needs and deliver tailored IT solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
    • Needs Assessment: Conduct regular check-ins and assessments to understand client requirements, challenges, and goals.
    • Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to propose and implement IT solutions that meet client needs and drive value.
    • Project Coordination: Oversee the delivery of services and projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
    • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on service delivery metrics and client satisfaction levels, identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services, driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
    • Client Education: Provide clients with insights on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance their IT strategies.
    • Conflict Resolution: Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining trust.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service agreements, and project updates.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in account management or client relations, preferably in the IT services or MSP industry.
    • Strong understanding of IT solutions and managed services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software is a plus.
