Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing and strategizing communication effectively. • Handle and de-escalate negative situations, providing solutions that align with both client needs and company policies. • Identify and solve problems proactively, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. • Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure a seamless client experience. • Conduct regular reviews and reports on account progress. • Build an effective strategy for clients for a project manager to assign tasks. Qualifications: • 3 - 5 years experience in marketing. • Excellent customer service skills. • Extremely organized. • Detail oriented. • Great communication skills. • Understanding of software like Zoom, teamwork, etc. • Basic or advanced understanding of social media, PPC, SEO, email newsletters, direct mail, etc. Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
