Responsibilities: • Oversees the servicing of a designated book of business as relating to day-to-day client needs, marketing, claims, and administration • Engages in client meetings to manage insured expectations for upcoming renewals • Researches issues’ root cause, implements, and resolves policy-related issues • Recommends potential enhancements or improvements to processes, products, and/or policies • Follow the workflow process for policy changes, policies, endorsements, and audits on their assigned accounts • Liason on a scheduled basis with the Claims Manager on larger, open claims for better communication within the team and with clients Qualifications: • Must hold an active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License • Must have a minimum of 5 years in a Commercial Lines account management position • Experience in the Transportation, Construction, and Hospitality insurance market segment preferred • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills • Must be able to visit clients as needed • Designation preferred, but not required • Must be well-versed in Microsoft 365 products • Strong working knowledge of Applied Epic preferred Compensation: $80,000 commensurate with experience
