    Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic State Farm Team Member for New Business Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by helping clients understand their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Generation: Achieve an average of 40 applications per month across various insurance products, including auto, fire, life, and health insurance.

    Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through effective communication, follow-ups, and personalized service.

    Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options that align with their goals and budgets.

    Product Knowledge: Stay informed about State Farm products, services, and industry trends to effectively educate clients and address their inquiries.

    Lead Generation: Utilize various marketing strategies, including referrals, networking, and community engagement, to generate leads and expand the client base.

    Documentation: Accurately complete and process applications, ensuring compliance with State Farm policies and industry regulations.

    Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall team performance.

    Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.

    Prior experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred but not required.

    Possession of or willingness to obtain necessary state insurance licenses (auto, fire, life, and health).

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.

    Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
