We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction while driving revenue growth. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients, responsible for managing and expanding key relationships and ensuring project success. You’ll coordinate internal teams, oversee project delivery, and identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and company performance. This role offers a dynamic blend of leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning, ideal for someone with a “can-do” attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Compensation • Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 **** • OTE: $135,000+ • Paid Time Off (PTO)Comprehensive Benefits: Available after 30 days • Performance-Based BonusesRetirement benefits included Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: • Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Meet on-site and occasionally entertain existing clients, listening for opportunities to help. • Work within the CRM system (notes, communications, leads, and opportunities) and be an internal advocate for client relationship management. • Build and nurture long-term relationships by addressing client needs proactively and effectively managing expectations. • Identify and leverage opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, contributing to revenue growth. Project Oversight: • Coordinate the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. • Collaborate with production and sales teams to align on goals, timelines, and client expectations. • Employ a solutions-oriented mindset to address challenges and maintain high-quality standards. Team Collaboration and Leadership: • Work closely with internal departments. Participate in activities to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. • Foster a collaborative culture among team members, promoting accountability and shared success. • Provide feedback and leadership to improve team performance and operational efficiency. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role, ideally in a construction or project-based industry. • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. • Key Attributes for Success: • Ability to understand and prioritize client and team needs. • Comfort in making tough decisions and navigating challenges. • A proactive mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
