    Job Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our US team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client management, and business development within the construction sector. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and strategic planning.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Relationship Management

    Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs and project requirements.

    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

    Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.

    1. Business Development and Sales

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.

    Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.

    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored solutions for clients.

    Attend construction Events and spread awareness about the company by engaging in various activities.

    1. Project Oversight and Coordination

    Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

    Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.

    Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.

    1. Contract Management and Negotiation

    Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.

    Ensure compliance with company policies and industry Codes and regulations.

    Manage contract renewals and amendments as needed.

    1. Reporting and Performance Monitoring

    Track account performance against key metrics (revenue, profitability, client satisfaction).

    Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.

    Analyze client feedback and market trends to improve services and solutions

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

    3+ years of experience in account management and sales within the construction industry.

    Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and industry standards.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

    Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.

    Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience working with general contractors, subcontractors, and construction firms.

    Basic knowledge of construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Autodesk.

    Understanding of construction contracts, risk management, and industry compliance requirements.
