SALES & ACCOUNT MANAGER, MICROSOFT, CISCO & HPE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strategic sales plan that includes target customer segments, product offerings, promotional strategies, pricing models, market positioning, and detailed launch plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base, increase revenue and drive growth.
- Play a pivotal role in steering sales growth, fostering strategic alliances, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions and services related to Microsoft, Cisco & HPE.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients expressing interest in Microsoft, Cisco & HPE solutions.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including representatives from Microsoft, Cisco, HPE, and customers.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of customers' business needs, strategies, and priorities within the portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful execution of projects.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Host quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess company’s Microsoft/Cisco/HPE performance
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing accounts in a technology environment
- Demonstrable experience with technology, MSP, consulting space, NYC public sector customers
- Must be a skilled sales professional with a proven track record in technology sales, particularly with Microsoft, Cisco & HPE products, and a demonstrated ability to drive growth.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the New York State market, including industry trends and customer needs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- High level collaboration with demonstrated ability working in multiple teams in a large or complex environments such as multi time zones and geographies on deadline-driven schedules.
