    Position Overview: The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients. This role involves developing sales strategies, executing account plans, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with a proven track record in sales and account management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

    Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

    Account Planning: Create and execute detailed account plans to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

    Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

    Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback, ensuring a high level of service.

    Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and client needs.

    Reporting: Track sales performance and client metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.

    Requirements:

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the Housewares Industry.

    Skills:

    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

    Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

    Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
