We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has a proven track record of managing complex accounts, building long-term relationships, and delivering strategic value. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction through proactive communication, efficient execution, and continuous strategic alignment. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management • Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships • Act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless and proactive communication • Regularly assess and address client needs by delivering tailored solutions and services Revenue Growth • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets across assigned accounts • Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling • Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized proposals that deliver measurable client value Project Coordination • Oversee the successful delivery of projects by managing timelines, resources, and client expectations • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution • Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies Reporting and Documentation • Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and client satisfaction • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including client interactions, opportunities, and contracts • Document key learnings and best practices to support continuous improvement Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Strategic Partnerships is preferred • Demonstrated success managing large or complex accounts in both B2B and B2C environments • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand a variety of client industries and challenges • Proficiency with CRM and project management tools such as NetSuite is a plus Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
