    Job Overview:

    As an Account Manager you will play a key role in managing and expanding client relationships across both segments of the business. You'll ensure customer satisfaction, drive sales, and provide strategic outreach and account management to grow the business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and provide data analysis for strategic decisions.

    • Customer Engagement: Proactively connect with existing customers to assess and meet their needs, ensuring they are aware of the full range of our product offerings.

    • Business Development: Identify and convert potential clients through targeted outreach campaigns across both the correctional products and workwear sectors.

    • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen client relationships by addressing any issues promptly and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

    • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—customer service, accounts, production, and procurement—to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services.

    • Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales goals through effective management of current accounts and by acquiring new business.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in account management or sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
    • Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, is preferred.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple departments.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
