    Position Summary

    The Builders’ Team Assistant is responsible for providing team support in complex scheduling for all builders. The builder’s team assistant works in many areas of development and is responsible for ensuring the previous and future work is accurate and up to standard. Always trying to maintain the company's existing relationships with a builder or group of builders so they will continue using the company for business.

    Performance Objectives

    Monitors emails/phone messages to communicate schedule adjustments to field personnel and the production department.

    Receive, direct, and relay telephone/email messages.

    Managed calendar and ensured all scheduling for daily and future jobs.

    Monitor the photos of every installation.

    Follow up with builders regarding the previous day's installation, passing the incomplete job information to the account manager who handles the account.

    Calling to verify the next day’s templates.

    Ensuring the appropriate person is assigned to each activity on Stone App.

    Be in constant communication with your direct supervisor.

    Follow up on jobs daily and confirm with the Production department.

    Education and Experience

    Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records

    Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet

    Excellent data entry skills with customer service and negotiation skills.

    Administrative writing skills.

    Professionalism, confidentiality, and organization.

    Reporting skills.

    Travel logistics.

    Physical Requirements:

    Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working with hands and fingers to operate a computer.

    Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally

    Must be able to ascend and descend ladders and stairs and work in confined spaces and proximity to loud equipment.

    Stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use the telephone.

    Frequently bend to file and maintain files.
