    National Sales Executive - Industrial Contract Manufacturing - Base Salary to 140k/year - Dallas, TX

    • Our client is offering a one-stop shop for manufacturing solutions including manufacturing ancillary, non-IP parts and components for industrial equipment and machinery (robotics, automation equipment, material handling, etc.) The company is excited to add its first U.S. Salesperson, a strategic step to support and drive its continued expansion in the market
    • The National Sales Executive will have the opportunity to shape and make a meaningful impact on the future of our clients' U.S. team. Equity options are included; the company continues to demonstrate its rapid expansion and market success, 182% growth in just two years!

    Responsibilities:

    • Generate top-of-funnel prospects and prioritize them
    • Move prospects through the commercial funnel by building robust and lasting relationships with key decision makers and understanding potential Customer’s key needs and pain points
    • Prepare proposals for new business opportunities with new and existing Customers
    • Own the relationship with key Customer decision makers
    • Generate Customer RFQs
    • Collaborate with other functions (e.g., Supply, Fulfillment, Manufacturing)
    • Increase prospect and RFQ conversion rates while ensuring mutual satisfaction with each transaction
    • Manage Key Accounts to increase Customer satisfaction

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Procurement for manufacturing and industrial organizations
    • Experience selling projects / job shops (i.e. not solely products)
    • Experience leading a metric-driven sales team
    • Ability to manage yourself in an uncertain and unstructured environment, drive your own workstreams to completion, and work independently
    • Experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders in a process-oriented manner
    • Well defined strategy to win in selected end-industries
    • This is a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will reside in Illinois, Boston, or Texas.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary up to 140k/year
