Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for fitness. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our fitness products, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of Accuro.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out and engage potential clients to introduce them to Accuro's range of fitness products.
Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the benefits of our products.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
Generate leads through various methods, including networking, referrals, and online research
Make cold calls to leads and prospects to initiate contact and build relationships.
Participate in trade shows, community events, and networking opportunities to promote Accuro products.
Follow up with leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
