    Job Description:

    We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for fitness. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our fitness products, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of Accuro.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Actively seek out and engage potential clients to introduce them to Accuro's range of fitness products.

    • Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the benefits of our products.

    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.

    • Generate leads through various methods, including networking, referrals, and online research

    • Make cold calls to leads and prospects to initiate contact and build relationships.

    • Participate in trade shows, community events, and networking opportunities to promote Accuro products.

    • Follow up with leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.

    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

    • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
