One of our clients located in Baltimore is looking for a Temporary Accountant to assist with year-end. This is a 3-month temporary position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Grant processing.
- Assist with AP processing.
- ACH set-up for vendors.
- Coordinate annual 1099 preparation.
- Monthly credit card receipts.
- Assist with preparation for external audit.
- Ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor degree in accounting, preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience within nonprofit industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables.
- Detailed-oriented.
