Key Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
-Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
-Oversee project cost tracking, ensuring compliance with budgets.
-Handle bank reconciliations and monthly closings.
-Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
-Provide financial insights to support decision-making and profitability analysis.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Proven experience (3+ years) in accounting, preferably within the construction industry.
-Strong understanding of job costing, WIP reporting, and construction-specific accounting software.
-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
-Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Salary: Up to 80K and must be onsite Monday through Friday
