Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Oversee project cost tracking, ensuring compliance with budgets.
Handle bank reconciliations and monthly closings.
Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
Provide financial insights to support decision-making and profitability analysis.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in accounting, preferably within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of job costing, WIP reporting, and construction-specific accounting software.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Salary: Up to 80K and must be onsite Monday through Friday
