Responsibilities: • Financial Close Process: Execute the monthly financial close process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring GAAP compliance with financial statements. • Revenue Accounting: Manage all facets of revenue accounting processes, ensuring the accuracy of monthly revenue reporting. • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data and provide insightful recommendations to support strategic decision-making. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and business unit finance executives. • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvements in processes and related controls to enhance the efficiency and quality of financial statements. • Special Projects: Handle special projects and provide ad hoc financial analysis as requested by management or other stakeholders. • Compliance and Audits: Assist with audits and other compliance requirements as needed. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. • 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting roles, with a focus on revenue and/or corporate accounting. • Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards. • Proficiency in ERP accounting software and advanced Excel skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. • Proven track record of leading process improvements and implementing best practices. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Auditing experience is not needed but appreciated.
