    Role Overview:
    We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Accountant with expertise in construction and project accounting. This position involves managing financial data, working closely with international teams, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You'll play a key role in supporting operations, analyzing data, and improving financial processes for a diverse portfolio of projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with international accounting teams to review and reconcile financial data.
    • Map financial data to centralized systems while ensuring compliance with US accounting standards.
    • Analyze monthly financial activity and manage funding for ongoing projects.
    • Assist with audits and ensure timely submission of required information.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting workflows.
    • Maintain accurate reconciliations between financial systems and sub-systems.
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls and support project lifecycle reporting.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.
    • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general ERP systems.
    • Authorization to work in the US without employer sponsorship.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
    • Experience with international accounting operations.
    • Background in multi-entity organizations or public accounting.
    • Familiarity with project-based industries such as construction or energy.
    • Exceptional organizational and deadline management skills.
    • Ability to perform variance and trend analysis effectively.
