Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Ability to learn new software
General Ledger, AR, AP, FA , Payroll, Billing, etc.
Financial statement preparation
Accounting degree or additional 5 years of applicable experience
Accounting Skills: Income Statement and Balance Sheet preparation; knowledgeable in General Ledger and subsidiary ledger functions including:
Invoicing
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Cash
Payroll processing
Bank account and credit card reconciliation
Fed, State, and local withholding and employment tax
Budgeting
Office Skills:
Written and oral communications
Document and update accounting policies and procedures
Collaborate with management and external clients
Detail oriented with the ability to explain details to management
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Technology Experience:
QuickBooks Online – advanced in all day to day financial functions
Advanced Excel skills
Time entry/management software
