About Us:

The Rose of Sharon 7, Inc. is a leading residential treatment provider dedicated to offering compassionate care and support to women recovering from addiction. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented accountant to join our team on a part-time basis.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced accountant proficient in QuickBooks to handle financial tasks for our residential treatment center. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and financial data.

Prepare and analyze financial reports.

Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.

Collaborate with the CEO & board on various projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience working with QuickBooks.

Strong understanding of accounting principles

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

Strong organizational and communication skills

Schedule: 20 hours per week (flexible hours)
