RubyCo. Concierge Tax + Accounting is a locally owned CPA firm established in 2009. We are seeking an experienced accountant to join our growing team.

Job duties include :

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports for multiple clients.
• Develop and analyze reporting for multiple business operations and budgets.
• Perform reviews ensuring adherence to standard requirements
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to management team

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of debits and credits
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
• QuickBooks Online experience
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience
