About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at VIP Hospitality Group LLC in Newport, OR. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including coding invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Prepare financial statements and reports for management

Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger

Assist with budgeting and forecasting

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

1+ years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

M3 experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
