We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Reconciling bank statements and maintaining financial records
- Performing reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
- Assisting with financial reporting and analysis
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, billing statements, expense reports
- Assisting with month-end closing procedures
- Communicating with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters
- File management
- Assisting with data entry
- Providing general support to office staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Process/solution oriented
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment with a positive attitude
