What You’ll Do
✅ Lead and support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including P&L review, expense validation, accruals, and account reconciliations
✅ Analyze and report on financial results, providing insights to senior management and cross-functional teams
✅ Create and manage accurate master data for key financial systems, ensuring consistency across transactions and reporting
✅ Collaborate on the development of management reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor business performance
✅ Participate in internal audits and external reporting processes, ensuring compliance and data integrity
✅ Support SAP S/4 HANA functions related to accounting processes—prior experience in SAP is highly preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate
✅ Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to automate, streamline, or enhance accounting workflows
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
✔ 3-5 years of accounting experience is required, including hands-on work with P&Ls, general ledger, expense analysis, and financial reporting
✔ Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA or ECC6 is beneficial; however, deep knowledge is not necessary—we are open to training
✔ Experience with financial master data maintenance (e.g., cost centers, GL accounts, profit centers)
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools a plus
✔ Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
✔ Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
✔ Must be available to work onsite at our Phoenix Corporate Office at least four days per week
