Wage: $ 22.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Total hours: 40 hours per week Benefits

Job duties include but are not limited to -

Assist with Payroll

Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable

Invoices & statements for customers

Editing for employee's time card

Run credit card payments, run multiple reports.

Systems: Adobe, QuickBooks, ExpressTime, Microsoft Office suite.

Filing, Data Entry

Requirements :

Must be Bilingual (Spanish & English)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

The right person for this position will have great organizational skills, excellent follow through, pays attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, excellent people skills for dealing with our customers, and a great work ethic. Must be able to take and provide instruction, work well within a team atmosphere, balance workload and lead by example.
