    Position: Job Cost Accountant (JCA)

    Reports To: Office Manager

    Paul Davis Restoration is looking for an accounting assistant to assist our Office Manager with auditing and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be well versed in GAAP principles and basic knowledge of QuickBooks Online. If you don’t fill all of the qualifications, you may still be considered depending on your level of experience.

    Responsibilities for Accounting Assistant:

    Auditing data that syncs through QuickBooks Online & NextGear (RMS)

    Printing off Job Cost Reports & Preparing Closeout Checklists

    Subcontractor Compliance & Communication

    Marking projects as in Progress or Cancelled; removing from queue

    P&L Review & Audit Job Cost Accounts

    Accounts Receivable

    Answering Phones & Admin Tasks as Needed

    Qualifications for Accounting Assistant:

    ·Experience using QuickBooks Online is preferred

    AA or higher in Accounting or 3 Years Accounting Experience

    Excellent Verbal & Written Communication

    Ability to Multitask on projects

    Knowledge of Microsoft Quick Keys

    At least 65 WPM typing speed

    Understanding of GAAP principles
