    Job Summary :

    The Accounting Associate will be responsible for performing technical and administrative work to support Atlantic Sapphire’s Finance Department. The individual performs invoice reconciliation and accounts payable functions to support the Finance team.

    Job Description :

    Core areas of responsibility are:

    Performs accounts payable accounting function including receiving and matching invoices, account coding, preparation of disbursements, and accounts payable-related record keeping.

    Performs accounts receivable functions including processing of invoices, collection of invoices, and record keeping.

    Performs other accounting duties as requested by the Senior Accounting Manager.

    Work Environment This job operates in a combined office and farm/production and construction environment.

    Schedule

    Monday through Friday standard business hours.
