Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met across various teams.
- Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for privately held businesses in compliance with current accounting standards.
- Prepare audited, reviewed, and compiled financial statements.
- Review staff-prepared workpapers and provide constructive feedback.
- Supervise, train, and support engagement staff, fostering open communication with engagement partners.
- Actively promote the firm and identify opportunities to generate new business.
Qualifications:
- Certification: CPA license (required).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in public accounting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Strong understanding of current accounting standards and the ability to manage engagements effectively.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong PC skills.
- Outstanding client service and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
