Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Accounting department to maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company’s compliance with all legal requirements. Your responsibilities will include recording and verifying transactions, bringing the books to the trial balance stage. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting.
Qualifications/ Requirement:
Bilingual
Previous experience 2 years
Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
Various invoices entries need
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Skills Required:
Knowledge of accounting and/ or auditing principles, concepts, and systems
Knowledge of appropriate steps to analytical problem solving
Skill to maintain a high level of confidentiality of information
