ACCOUNTING CLERK POSITION Hybrid (Remote Home/Office)
Trucking/Broker company looking for an full time accounting clerk to assist with daily department tasks, such as but not limited to AR and AP. Must be available for Office hours.
Core Competencies:
Attention to detail is a must.
Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks.
Must be bilingual in Spanish.
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively to meet deadlines.
Skilled in using computer systems and capable of learning various software applications quickly.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability.
Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent preferred.
2+ years or related accounting or administrative experience preferred.
QuickBooks experience a plus.
Trucking experience is a plus
Position start at $19.00 per hour. There will be a pay increase to $20.00 per hour once new hire has passed the 6 months probation period
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
