    AlphaGraphics Commercial Printing Services is seeking a part time Accounting Clerk to provide clerical support.

    Responsibilities:

    Email invoices to customers.

    Verify and enter transactions, payments and deposits.

    Communicate with customers through mail, email, or phone.

    Collect mail daily; open, sort and distribute accordingly.

    Maintain office supplies and inventory.

    File and scan employee paperwork and benefits.

    Requirements:

    Minimum of one (1) office support experience

    Knowledge of basic Accounting and HR processes preferred
