    Position: Accounting Clerk

    Reports To: Treasurer

    What does an Accounting Clerk with Paul Davis do?

    Manages all phases of job costing within RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software

    Processes weekly payroll in-house for 25-30 employees start to finish from timesheet calculations to printing of checks/direct deposit

    Codes all invoices and receipts and processes for payment

    Communicates with project managers for weekly updates on subcontractor work proposals and invoice approvals

    Maintains accounts payable and payroll files

    Handles Sub-Contractor paperwork- W-9, Insurance Certificates

    Qualifications:

    Must have prior accounting experience

    Microsoft Office experience required

    QuickBooks experience required

    Construction accounting or payroll experience strongly preferred but not required

    Excellent communication skills

    Organized but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time

    Clean criminal background check and the ability to pass a drug test
