Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks.
Complete accounts payable activities.
Complete accounts receivable and collections activities.
Processing credit card payments and bank deposits.
Routing calls and entering new job leads.
Assisting other departments as needed.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of business experience.
Minimum of 3 years of QuickBooks experience (most recent versions).
Minimum of 2 years collection experience.
Exceptional customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Proficiency in using various digital tools and technologies to complete job tasks efficiently.
Clean driving record is required to operate company vehicles.
Experience in the restoration, construction, or insurance industry is a plus.
