    ****Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Accounting Assistant to join our team in Irving, TX. The selected performer must have SAP/S4 experience and a great customer service profile. The successful selectee will learn tools such as Oasis for external suppliers and ServiceNow for internal inquiries. Additionally, a working knowledge of Microsoft products is necessary to be successful in this role. Working knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau is also a plus. The successful selectee will also have the opportunity to engage in new innovative tools that will be deployed this year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide customer support for both external suppliers and internal inquiries using tools such as Oasis and ServiceNow.
    • Utilize SAP/S4 for accounting and finance tasks.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve issues efficiently.
    • Develop proficiency in innovative tools that will be deployed during the year.
    • Maintain and leverage working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint.)
    • Utilize Alteryx and Tableau for data analysis and reporting as needed (experience is a plus).

    Work Schedule:

    • On-site Requirement: Two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
    • Flexibility for remote work on other days.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Prior experience with SAP/S4 is required.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Alteryx and Tableau is a plus.
    • Education: A degree is not required but is considered a plus.
    • Attributes: Strong customer service profile, attention to detail, and adaptability to new tools and technologies.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of GAAP; CAS; FAR as well as Corporate Accounting Policies and procedures
    • Experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • SAP experience (specifically SAP S/4 HANA)
