Collaborate with accounts and CEO/COO (Brand Partners) to ensure smooth running of company accounts
Create spreadsheet documents, queries, Pivot Tables to track invoices
Make sure bills that are not on AutoPay are paid within 30-45 days
Assist in preparation of annual budgets and income-expenditure patterns
Oversee the collection, deposit, and reconciliation of bank funds and store cash deposits
Ensure timely preparation and submission of VAT and other tax returns
Conduct monthly management checks and regular housekeeping activities in order to maintain an efficient financial system-perform monthly closing that matches the Bookkeeper's.
Prepare and present regular accounting reports to the CEO/Brand Partners to update them on company financial progress
Process payments and financial documents such as invoices, statements, and vouchers.
Handle, correct, process and reconcile a wide variety of accounts payable documents such as invoices, departmental billings, cash deposits, vendor statements, and reconciliations, review and handle financial information, expense logs for repairs, reconcile deposits
Handle and coordinate all Zoom Meetings-Back up admin as needed.
Manage and maintain office supplies including inventory
Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Handle other administrative tasks as required
Back-up Office Assistant when not at desk or in a meeting, by answering the phone.
Interpersonal Skills: A minimum of 4 years of customer service experience and must be adept at working with high-level managers
Bookkeeping Skills: Must have 4 years of preparing and maintaining accurate accounts documents - Restaurant Industry preferred
Systems Skills: Intuit QuickBooks, Paycom, Excel, Social Media Platforms, Zoom Preferred Skills Excellent Communications (Executive, written and verbal), Multiple Telephone Lines-Polycom System, QuickBooks, Social Media, Customer Service/Guest Relations, Restaurant Experience, Able create spreadsheets, presentations, forms, flyers using Microsoft/Libre Office Software, Intermediate to Advanced Levels
