Job Description
Searching for a candidate to fill in an accounting /financial analyst position. This position is temporary (three to five months) and the pay is between $25 - $30 hr. Position can be part-time or full-time.
Looking for someone with accounting and financial analysis experience, preferably two years of experience. Strong Excel skills. Knowledge of pivot tables, Vlookups, formulas, etc. Knowledge of databases and SQF helpful.
Tasks:
· Analyze balance sheet and profit and loss statements. Transfer data to Sage Data Analytics in which data is manipulated into graphs and charts.
· Assist controller in reviewing general ledger.
· Knowledge of budgets and forecasts.
· Assist with MRP implementation, will be working with Purchasing manager.
· Work with other departments answering questions regarding accounting issues such as sales, returns and discounts, payments, and inventory control.
· Assist in month end closing and financial statement reviews.
