    Pack Member Profile: Accounting Implementation Coach

    As an Accounting Implementation Coach at Lion Chaser Development Group, you will join our team as a 1099 contractor and play a pivotal role in managing the implementation of accounting modules within the Restaurant 365 software. You will train client teams on the use of the software and best practices while ensuring adherence to necessary deadlines. Effective communication with clients, Lion Chaser Development Group, and Restaurant 365 is essential to the success of this role.     Key Responsibilities:

    Software Integration: Manage the implementation of accounting modules within the Restaurant 365 software for clients.

    Client Training: Train client teams on the use of the software and best practices for financial management.

    Time Management: Ensure adherence to necessary deadlines throughout the implementation process.

    Communication Mastery: Communicate status updates and address any issues promptly and effectively to clients, Lion Chaser Development Group, and Restaurant 365.

    Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as they transition to and utilize the software.

    Process Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize implementation processes and enhance client experiences.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in implementing accounting software solutions, preferably Restaurant365.

    Strong understanding of accounting principles and fi nancial management practices.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support client teams.

    Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

    Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to delivering exceptional service to clients.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

    Experience working as a contractor or consultant is preferred.

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fi eld is preferred.

    Prior restaurant experience is preferred.
